The Edwardian property was completely remodelled and a new osteopathic clinic created as part of the project.

The new layout creates a spacious open-plan kitchen/diner to cater to the lifestyle of the client who likes entertaining.

Due to its South facing orientation the client wanted to introduce a timber clad canopy for shading inspired by one of our previous projects, the Canopy House.

The polished concrete flooring, which is carried through from the open-plan kitchen/diner into the patio, creates a seamless connection between inside and outside, separated just by slim-line sliding doors.

Other features are a snug with a wood burning stove and window seat.

The overall colour and material palette is elegant and contemporary.
